You will lead and mentor welders, review blueprints and specifications, conduct inspections, maintain records, and coordinate with project managers to resolve issues and keep crews productive. This role requires strong leadership, travel to various job sites, and deep knowledge of TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored processes.
