Job description
Chloeta is seeking a Family Wellness Specialist to conduct in-person wellness visits for sponsors and former unaccompanied minors, verifying safety, well-being, and living arrangements. You will document findings and report observations in accordance with federal contract requirements, traveling up to 90% of the time across CONUS.
This position requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in the field.
