Job description
Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot/WSO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will support distributed training by planning, briefing, and debriefing large‑force exercises and small team events for U.S. and allied aircrew.
Responsibilities include attending planning conferences, developing missions from unit requirements, and advising on training doctrine and execution. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with potential TS/SCI/SAP/SAR access.
