Filler Operator – Day ShiftHendersonville, NC $25.00/hour 12-Hour Shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | 2-2-3 rotating scheduleJob SummaryOur client in Hendersonville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filler Operator to support beverage production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating filling equipment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring efficient production flow in a fast-paced, food-grade environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor filler equipment to maintain production efficiency and outputPerform CIP (Clean-in-Place), Kosher, and Organic wash procedures in accordance with sanitation standardsMonitor bottle and product flow, clear jams, and make minor machine adjustments as neededConduct routine quality checks, including fill levels, seals, and product appearanceAccurately complete production and quality documentationTrack materials, waste, and production changes throughout the shiftFollow all safety, SQF, and food safety regulationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required6+ months of manufacturing experience (food or beverage experience preferred)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable working with machinery, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation processesStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
