Filter AssemblerExpress Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Cedar Park, TX to hire a dedicated Filter Assembler. This position involves the assembly and testing of electronic filter components used in precision equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and can thrive in a production environment requiring attention to detail and consistent quality.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and respected company that values teamwork, quality craftsmanship, and employee growth.Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed Pay: $17.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesAssemble and solder electronic filter components according to blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.Wrap copper wire around inductors and solder resistors, capacitors, and conductors.Conduct pre-assembly prep work such as cutting materials, cleaning components, and testing inductors for quality assurance.Use hand tools, calipers, and measuring equipment to ensure precise builds.Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.Work collaboratively with other team members and assist in training new employees as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).Ability to stand for long periods and repetitively bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs.Basic understanding of hand tools and measurement.Able to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a production or assembly environment.Soldering experience (by iron or flame).
