Filter Shop Technician (Light Assembly) - Sanford, NCWe are seeking a Filter Shop Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in a team environment to manufacture high quality filtration modules for various industrial applications. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment, contributing to the creation of intricate filtration technology.Duties:Semi-skilled equipment operationRobotic glue dispensingSheeting (push button unwind/rewind)Die Cutting (10 ton press – double palm button)Layer Stacking (light manual)Other ancillary duties in the shopLaser cutter (load and push button)Assembly/PackagingLoad/unload modules in/from the test stand (bolt/unbolt)Assist in the preparation of final packagingGeneral/UtilityStraightening the work areaCleaning end of shiftOrganization improvement in the work areaSkills/Requirements:Excellent attendanceHighly detail oriented (more craftsman than assembly line)Quality-first mindsetAbility to lift up to 50 pounds infrequentlyFamiliarity with torque wrench and other small hand toolsClean and organized work styleAbility to travel infrequently (domestic) – up to 25% after training (maximum)Functional writing skillsGood communication skillsGood mechanical aptitudeAbility to work overtime as requiredHS graduate (minimum)Prior relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferredJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceTo apply, please send your resume and cover letter to with the subject line "Filter Shop Technician".
