Production EmployeeReady for a hands-on role where you can move, build, and make an impact every day? This is a physically active position, ideal for someone who enjoys staying on their feet, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and quality.This role requires consistent physical activity throughout the 8-10 hour shifts, including:Standing and walking on concrete floors for extended periodsSafely lifting, pushing, and carrying materials up to 80-100 lbs repetitivelyHandling large products measuring up to 6–10 feet in length consistentlyManeuver up and down ladders throughout the shiftHighlights of Your RoleOperate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble made-to-order productsUse measuring tools such as tape measures and calipersFollow visual and written instructions on a computer screenBuild skills through cross-training opportunitiesYou're a Good Fit If You Have (Or If You Can)A high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)Experience working in a manufacturing environmentBasic computer skillsStrong communication skillsA commitment to safety, quality, and teamworkWe Invite You to See Yourself at MarvinFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
