Final Assembly SupervisorEmployment Type: Full-timeEmployment Class: Hourly, Non-ExemptSupervisor: Production Center ManagerJob Summary/Duties/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for meeting and exceeding all manufacturing production goals.Guide the team to focus on key priorities.Lead department meetings.Maintain a culture of cooperation and cohesiveness.Identify inefficiencies, contribute to continuous improvement, and implement solutions.Timesheet approval of Direct Reports.Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Floor Supervisor, and Production Center Manager to ensure successful operations are completed in a timely manner.Conduct annual reviews of direct team.Ensure team is following all safety protocols during operations.Provide training and development opportunities to both full-time and seasonal team members in best practices.Take on new tasks as needed as we grow our company rapidly in the coming years.Work closely with the Purchasing and Engineering teams on a regular basis.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesAll Final Assembly department team members report to the Final Assembly Supervisor.Other DutiesThe position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag.Being a member of the SurePoint Ag TeamIn addition to the specific duties detailed above, you are expected to provide support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication.Required Skills/AbilitiesMotivated Self-starter with a great work ethic that will stay on task.Strong organization & analytical skills.Ability to gain knowledge through experiential learning.Excellent communication & people skills.Strong working relationships with other SurePoint Departments and suppliers.Problem-solver— Ability to evaluate a situation, determine possible solutions, and implement the solution determined to be the best course of action.Embrace a dynamic and constantly changing workplace.LocationThis position will be located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS.
