Pay: $17.50/hr Shift: 3rd Shift Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift.Job DutiesAssemble industrial fan components following work instructions and diagramsUse hand tools, torque tools, and measuring devices for accurate assemblyInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metIdentify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concernsMaintain a clean and safe work area (6S and safety compliance)Work with team members to support production goals and improvementsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or GED required1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagramsExperience using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a team and communicate effectivelyCapable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/bending throughout shiftComfortable in a production environment with PPE and moderate noiseBenefits We Offer:Weekly payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) optionsReferral bonus opportunities
