Job description
K2 Paving Solutions is looking for an experienced Final Grade Equipment Operator to join our team for the upcoming season.
Requirements:
Experience with Trimble precision automation (required)
Knowledge of UTS / GPS grading systems is a plus
Must be able to operate:
Dozer
Motor Grader
Disk / grading equipment
Strong understanding of fine grading and site prep
Must be willing to travel within an 80-mile radius of Lincoln/Omaha

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for final grading on concrete paving and site projects, working closely with our paving and prep crews to ensure accuracy and production.
