Job TitleThe mid-shift schedule is 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Overtime may be available during the week as well as Saturday mornings from 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.Summary Of FunctionsActively involved in all duties for procedures related to inspecting printed circuit boards.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesVisually inspect processed panels on light table to detect defects. Such as bridges, breaks, slivers, line reduction, voids, excessive copper or poor plating.Rework pieces if possible.Organizational RelationshipsReports to department supervisor and Director of Operations.QualificationsA high school diploma is required.Physical DemandsStanding for long periods of time is required. This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals. Exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Use of light table, small hand tools and other small instruments. Good vision required.Work EnvironmentThis position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals.Work SchedulePermanent schedule would be Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., though training may take place on the following shift:Training on 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
