Job description
Werner Enterprises, Inc. in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a General Manager - Final Mile to lead home delivery operations and contracted partners in a fast-paced environment. You will drive safe, compliant, and efficient processes aligned with client goals and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
You will mentor warehouse personnel, manage KPI reporting and the P&L, and coordinate with client teams and vendors to ensure service levels and continuous improvements.
