Final Quality AssuranceThe Final Quality Assurance position is responsible for facilitating the quality audit systems for the pulling hoist, detail and finish processes, and the annotation and accumulation of quality audit information. Auditors require a working knowledge of all phases of our manufacturing process and the responsibilities of each manufacturing team.Essential FunctionsProvides the appropriate product line with any discrepancies noted on product and facilitate the acceptable conclusion of the discrepancies.Assists in a timely manner with the completion of the unit from the supplier to the customer (internally speaking).Notifies the team leader when the boat paperwork has not been filled out correctly by the department teams.Ensures items on final audit checklist are verified and small parts are located in each unit.Tags each unit with the correct shipping information tag if necessary.Visually inspects all units for discrepancies and annotate appropriate checklist.All other duties as assignedExperience/QualificationsMinimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or EquivalentKnowledge, Skills, and AbilityAbility to work as a teamAbility for rapid mental and muscular depth perceptionCoordination simultaneouslyPossess the skills to use pens, calculators, copy machine, marking pencil, and cleaning clothTravel RequirementsN/APhysical RequirementsLight lifting, under 20 lbs.Light carrying, under 20 lbs.Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs.Moderate carrying, 21 – 59 lbs.Straight pullingPushingRepeated bendingReaching over shouldersUse of fingersWalkingStandingKneelingRepeated stretchingSpecific visual requirementsAbility to distinguish basic colorsAbility to distinguish shades of colorHearing (aid permitted)Work EnvironmentOutside and insideExtreme heatExtreme humidityExtreme noise, intermittentDustFumes, smoke, or gassesSolvents (degreasing agents)Slippery or uneven walking surfacesIndependent JudgementPerforms tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures.
