Job description
Final Quality InspectorFinal Quality Inspector Responsibilities:- Perform final inspections to verify product quality, accuracy, and order requirements- Review finished products against work orders, specifications, and documentation- Identify, document, and communicate product non-conformances to the appropriate teams- Complete inspection records and required quality documentation- Maintain efficient product flow from inspection to packaging and shipment- Follow established quality, safety, and operational procedures- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused training- Collaborate with team members and leadership to address issues and improve processes- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequirements for Final Quality Inspector:- Experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or another detail-oriented role- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel- Effective written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements- Ability to push, pull, and maneuver products throughout the workday- Ability to occasionally lift of up to 50 pounds- Ability to use measuring devices and perform detailed visual inspections- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred- Experience interpreting work orders, product specifications, or production documentation is a plus- Familiarity with inspection tools and quality control processes preferred
