Job description
Optum invites final-year Otolaryngology residents and fellows to join the Physician Pathways Program. The rotation will be completed at Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and/or virtually, with only a few hours per month required.
The program offers a guaranteed salary in the final year, mentorship from experienced physicians, and exposure to a value-based care model to ease the transition into practice in a national healthcare framework.
