Job description
Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks final-year Family Practice and Internal Medicine Residents to join our Worcester, MA team. You will gain a guaranteed salary in your final training year while experiencing a system focused on value-based care and population health initiatives.
You’ll receive mentorship from seasoned physicians as you transition into practice, with the program offered at Reliant Medical Group and virtually, requiring only 1–3 hours per month.
