Job description
Optum is seeking career-minded final-year Otolaryngology Residents and Fellows for the Physician Pathways Program to begin their clinical careers within a forward‑looking organization. The program will be completed at Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and/or virtually, with only a few hours per month commitment.
Participants will gain exposure to value-based care, the Quadruple Aim, and a supportive team environment with mentorship to ease transition from training into practice.
