Job description
Position Purpose: With the Corporate Quality and Affordability Initiatives Finance team, you will analyze complex financial information and translate data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. Independently lead financial projects and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to drive financial performance and organizational goals.
nKey Details: This is a fully remote role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. nnnPartner with Medical Economics to drive trend analysis and KPI tracking and monitoring.
n
nnMonitor execution and performance of initiatives and work with cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives focused on performance improvement, implementing Corrective Action Plans as needed.
n
nnDrive strategic initiatives focused on medical expense optimization, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness, and resource allocation.
n
nnAssess return on investment (ROI) projections and analyze anticipated value outcomes.
n
nnDevelop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
n
nnCreate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
n
nnIdentify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
n
nnPerform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
n
nnHandle complex and high-level financial analysis.
n
nnPresent and discuss analysis with upper management.
n
n nPreferred Skills:
nExperience with Healthcare Payor finance and accounting
nHigh-level financial modeling capabilities
nAbility to work with large datasets that can at times be ambiguous
nEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
