Finance & Insurance SpecialistLocation: Irving, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Contract Education: Bachelor's Degree RequiredAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Insurance Specialist for a full-time, long-term contract opportunity with a well-established automotive financial services organization in Irving, TX.This position supports the Finance & Insurance Department within the Recovery Bankruptcy Center and is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in financial services and corporate operations.Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply! Candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant work, internship, or professional experience will be considered.ResponsibilitiesCollect service contract and insurance refunds from dealershipsProcess and reconcile daily financial transactionsPrepare and complete reconciliation reportsResearch account information and respond to research requestsIdentify and assist with resolving discrepanciesMaintain accurate records and documentationCommunicate and follow up with dealerships and internal departments as neededManage multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring accuracyAssist with special projects and departmental assignmentsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredPrevious professional, internship, administrative, banking, finance, insurance, accounting, or customer service experience preferredRecent college graduates with relevant experience are welcome to applyStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilitiesStrong research and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working with financial transactions, reports, and detailed account informationProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is organized, dependable, self-directed, and enjoys working with detailed information.
