Job Description:
Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a highly qualified mid-level Associate to join its Project Development & Finance group in Houston, New York, or San Diego . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience , including project development and/or finance, preferably at a large national or international law firm .
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven associate to join a dynamic and globally recognized team working on complex, high-stakes infrastructure and energy projects.
Qualifications:
JD from a top-tier law school
Active and good standing membership with the state bar (or eligibility to waive in)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project development, project finance, or related practice areas
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or energy transactions preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Excellent academic credentials and professional recommendations
