Job description
The Bay Family of Companies’ Corporate Office seeks a Finance Department Manager to lead financial reporting, analysis, compliance, and process improvement across entities. You will partner with business leaders to interpret results, monitor KPIs, strengthen internal controls, and support timely close and audits.
You will oversee a team of staff and senior accountants, manage month-end close, and drive performance through KPI dashboards and executive reporting.
