Job description
Packard Culligan Water in Minnetonka, MN, seeks a Director of Finance to lead the accounting and finance team across multi-state operations. You will own budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and ERP oversight, partnering with the COO and executive team to drive data-driven decisions.
You will build strong controls, develop talent, manage audits and tax across states, and deliver timely insights into performance and trends to guide strategic initiatives. CPA preferred, not required.
