Job description
Modern Ford of Boone, a fourth-generation family-owned dealership in Boone, NC, seeks an experienced Finance Manager / General Sales Manager to lead F&I and the sales operation in a hybrid role. You will coach the sales team, optimize financing gross, manage deal structures, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
