Job description
The California Endowment in Los Angeles is seeking a Finance Operations & Innovation Manager to advance the finance function through process optimization, technology enablement, and AI-enabled improvements. This on-site role reports to the Vice President, Finance and collaborates with finance leadership.
You will own the roadmap for finance systems, automation, and analytics, lead cross‑functional initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure effective controls while delivering measurable efficiency
