Join the Team at Kals Motor Group! Now Hiring: Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
Kals Motor Group is a family‑owned used car dealership in Wadena, MN, and we’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer‑focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoy helping customers secure financing while providing an outstanding buying experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PMAlternate Saturdays: 8:00AM – 2:00PMSundays Off
What You’ll Do:
Arrange vehicle financing with a variety of lending partners
Present finance, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products to customers
Prepare and complete all financing and title paperwork accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations
Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive F&I, finance, banking, or lending experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Valid driver’s license
