As Mears Mazda Volvo continues to grow, we are seeking a professional and client focused Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team in Lubbock.
In this role, you will help guide clients through the financial portion of their vehicle purchase, ensuring every transaction is handled with transparency, efficiency, and care. Our goal is to create a seamless and elevated buying experience while maintaining strong relationships with lenders and supporting our sales team.

What You Will Do
Guide clients through financing options and protection plans during the vehicle purchase process
Review credit applications and submit financing packages to lenders
Structure deals in accordance with lender guidelines and dealership policies
Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
Present service contracts, protection plans, and additional financial products to clients
Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and stay informed on available programs
Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure deals are funded efficiently
Maintain organized records and handle all client financial information with complete confidentiality
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication skills and a professional presence with clients
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, management, and lenders
Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and lending practices
Valid driver’s license
