nSUMMARY
nThe Finance Intern will support the financial planning & analysis team and overall business through completion of various reports and analytical projects. This role assists with operational analysis, sales & marketing analysis, and financial accounting. This role will be key to helping accomplish critical tasks and implement process improvements.
nYOUR IMPACT
nnnAssignment of tasks that support the business through finance processes.
n
nnSupport the process of costing trucks and preparation of month-end reporting.
n
nnAssist in development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts.
n
nnAssist in accurate reporting of new truck bookings.
n
nnAssist in maintaining scheduling room boards/tags.
n
nnPerform various monthly reporting and data gathering tasks needed for key internal and external reporting.
n
nnImprove processes by eliminating non-value added work through the use of technology and continuous improvement tools.
n
nnChampion the Oshkosh “People First” competencies to engage and connect with team members.
n
nnOther projects and assignments as agreed upon with your leader.
n
n nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
nnStudent working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
n nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
nnnAbility to work full time (40 hours per week) throughout the summer and part-time throughout the school year.
n
nnStrong verbal and written communication skills.
n
nnExcellent organizational skills.
n
nnBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, Teams) (with a desire to learn)

n nPay Range:
n$18.00 - $37.00
nThe above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
