nSchedule: (Hybrid) Fridays are remote, while Mon-Thurs are in office

nWork Location: 2015 Spring Road Suite 400, Oak Brook, IL 60523

nSalary: $28.50 per hour, with an additional one-time lump sum payment to support expenses

nDuration: May to August 2027 - Summer Internship

nBased out of our Oak Brook, IL office, this role will be heavily project focused, but also involve a variety of day-to-day activities. Primarily an analytical role, there would be expected to be considerable time spent evaluating monthly and quarterly results versus forecast, plan, and prior year and providing insights to Company leadership as to what occurred as well as the implications to future periods. The role would be expected to operate across and down the organization to fully understand the state of the business.

nIn addition to hands-on experience in Finance, this position will provide the intern with:

nnnFormal orientation and on-boarding

n

nnIndividualized development and feedback

n

nnRegular interface with Finance leadership through 'Lessons from Leaders' sessions

n

nnExposure to one or more of our manufacturing and/or distribution operations

n

nnOrganizational and time management skills in managing daily and project work

n

nnExperience working with an Accounting ERP

n

nnNetworking opportunities

n

nnPresentation skills in providing presentation to the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance Leadership Team

n

n nQualifications:

nnnFormal orientation and on-boarding

n

nn2 - 3 years of progress towards a bachelor's degree in business with an Accounting, Finance, or closely related major

n

nnOverall and within major GPA of 3.0 or higher

n

nnDemonstrated interest in accounting, finance, and operations through course work or previous internships

n

nnComputer savvy, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office applications

n

nnExcellent written and verbal communication skills

n

nnAbility to effectively interact with senior management

n

nnExcellent organizational skills
