nJob Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
nJob Description:
nThe person in this position will be expected to be open to learning new processes and procedures, while mastering and growing their existing skillset. Responsible for maintaining the Earned Value Management data integrity for multiple programs utilizing the Cobra and SAP toolsets including:
nnnnForecasting of FPA type of metrics for program performance
n n
nnWeekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual forecasting and variance analysis to financial plan including profitablility and cash flow
n
nnCreating/ Maintaining/Updating of Projects in SAP
n
nnEnsuring EAC accuracy for all efforts under responsibility
n
nnWork with program stakeholders to ensure financial performance is well understood
n
nnnCreation of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7) when required
n n
nnCreation and Review of Variance reports with CAM input
n
nnCreates and maintains program baseline budgets for performance measurement.
n
nnProvides support for internal and external audits for assigned programs.
n
nnCreate Ad Hoc analysis as needed
n
nnOther duties as assigned by leadership
n
n nQualifications:
nnMust be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
n nPreferred Additional Skills:
nnProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
n nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $18.50/hr - $36.50/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
