Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
Experience in service, logistics, distribution, or operations‑heavy industries is a plus.
Strong cultural fit: mature, hardworking, accountable, and comfortable in a young, dynamic, in‑office environment.
Must be based in the Detroit metro area and fully committed to in‑office work in Farmington.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary (range to be discussed based on experience).
Full benefits package: Blue Cross Blue Shield medical, dental, 401k with 3-7% match (based on tenure/role), PTO, and holidays.
Significant growth potential in a scaling company where leadership roles expand with performance.
Supportive, collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives, ownership, and long‑term team members.
This role reports to senior leadership and is ideal for a finance professional ready to take ownership in a lean, entrepreneurial setting where your impact is highly visible.
