Job description
Inertia is seeking a VP of Finance to lead the finance function and build the financial foundation for growth. This ground-floor opportunity shapes systems, processes, team, and strategy to support fusion energy commercialization.
Reporting to the Head of Business, you’ll be a strategic partner and hands-on builder, creating a scalable finance organization and providing rigorous financial insight for key decisions. This is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration.
