Job description
Marex Group plc, a leading global financial services platform, seeks a Legal Counsel to support prime brokerage and futures transactional work in North America, developing into broader responsibilities within Marex’s Legal Department.
You will negotiate contracts across multiple business lines, maintain client relationships, update umbrella trading agreements, and advise senior leaders on legal risk while ensuring compliance with SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and related exchanges.
