Job description
Alvarez & Marsal in the United States seeks a Director of Finance M&A within its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice. You will lead finance and accounting workstreams across pre-deal diligence, Day-1 readiness, and post-close integration for PE-backed portfolio companies.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of F&A and M&A experience, a strong GAAP background, and proven leadership. MBA/CPA preferred; expect cross-functional collaboration with senior clients and multiple deal
