Finance AssistantJoin a high-volume, award-winning automotive team.We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Finance Assistant to join our growing dealership team. This individual will work closely with the Finance Director and Finance Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the Finance Department.ResponsibilitiesAssist Finance Managers with daily deal processing and contract preparation.Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.Coordinate with lenders to secure financing approvals and funding.Verify customer information and required documentation.Monitor deal funding and contract-in-transit schedules.Maintain compliance with dealership, manufacturer, state, and federal regulations.Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to facilitate timely deliveries.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchase process.QualificationsAutomotive dealership experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Professional appearance and demeanor.Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office preferred.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.What We OfferCareer advancement opportunities into Finance Manager and leadership rolesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) availablePaid vacation and holidaysProfessional training and developmentNo weekendsIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in automotive finance.
