Job description
Our client, a long-established global alternative investment manager, seeks a finance manager to own portfolio manager/trader compensation and support financial planning and forecasting. The firm offers a beautiful working environment and campus, excellent benefits and competitive compensation and earning potential. The firm is on-site five days per week.
Responsibilities
Administer the trader compensation database and calculate compensation monthly and annually
Support monthly financial reporting, planning, and ad hoc projects
Work with corporate accounting and auditors on year-end audits
Qualifications
4+ years of hedge fund finance/accounting experience, including trader compensation and financial reporting
Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting
Strong modeling skills, including mapping out legal compensation agreements
Strong communication, data, and organizational skills
