Finance Manager, Aviation Investment & Leasing
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
Fort Lauderdale, FL - 100% in office

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager, Investment & Leasing:
Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level investment returns, including IRR, NPV, cash yield, and related performance metrics
Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment and financing decisions
Evaluate aircraft leasing opportunities, market trends, asset values, and portfolio performance
Partner with accounting, treasury, and tax teams on transactions, reporting, and financial governance
Assess debt and equity financing alternatives and support capital structure decisions
Prepare executive reporting and investment committee presentations
Qualifications for the Finance Manager, Investment & Leasing:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
7+ years of experience in leasing, structured finance, or investment analysis preferred
Advanced financial modeling expertise with strong Excel skills
Knowledge of leasing economics, asset valuation, and lease accounting standards
