Compensation
Base Salary: USD $125,000 – $140,000

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Finance Manager to support our Human Nutrition & Health business. This is a high-visibility role where you'll partner directly with business leaders, influence key decisions, and help drive growth, profitability, and operational performance.

What You'll Do
As a trusted business partner to commercial leadership, you will blend hands-on financial management with strategic insight to support business performance and long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with Business Unit Directors to provide financial guidance and strategic decision support
Lead monthly financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes
Deliver clear, actionable insights by explaining business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
Support pricing strategy, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives
Build financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support operational and commercial decisions
Help identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance
Drive continuous improvement within finance processes, reporting, and analytics
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams, supply chain, and accounting leadership
Present financial information and recommendations to senior leadership, including executive stakeholders
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a finance professional who combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the confidence to influence decisions across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance
Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
