Overview
Finance Manager - Nonprofit Healthcare Foundation - Hybrid Role (Newark, NJ; 3x weekly in-office; Full-time salaried). This role supports in-house finance operations and related projects for a nonprofit healthcare foundation.

Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Finance Manager - Nonprofit Healthcare Foundation - Hybrid Role (Newark, NJ 3x weekly, Fulltime salaried & GREAT benefits, salary $55-$90k)
Responsibilities
5+ years of finance and accounting experience, especially in an organization funded heavily by grants (state, federal, municipal) and/or donations.
RUNNING a whole finance org: bookkeeping, payroll, audit report completion, and supporting HR in a small office and team; current annual revenue of $4M with growth to $10M in the next few years.
Owning company-wide budgeting, forecasting, contracting process, especially expenses and invoices.
Qualifications
Non-profit, healthcare, or similar foundation experience is a big plus.
Grant accrual experience in QuickBooks is especially valuable.
