Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Serve as a cross-functional business partner to operating leaders, helping them understand financial performance and the economic impact of business decisions.

Help implement, enhance, and automate FP&A systems, processes, dashboards, and reporting tools .

Improve the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Support the continued development of the FP&A organization, with the potential to build and eventually lead a team as the function grows.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline .

5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, public accounting, or a related finance role.

Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling .

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience working with financial planning, ERP, and/or management reporting systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify the business implications behind financial results.

Experience working within a private equity-backed organization or directly with a PE sponsor.

Experience with NetSuite .

Exposure to Adaptive Planning, DataRails, Solution 7 , or comparable FP&A/reporting platforms.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to join a sizable, growing organization at an important stage in the evolution of its finance function. The FP&A Manager will have direct exposure to the CFO and private equity sponsor and the ability to influence how financial planning, reporting, cash management, and business partnership are performed across the company.
