Job description
Brown & Brown in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dynamic Director of Finance & Operations to lead month-end close, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A for a defined region within the Wholesale Division. The role partners with the CFO and regional leaders to provide actionable financial insight and drive process improvements.
Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years in a similar role, CPA and/or MBA preferred, and a proven track record of building and coaching high-performing finance teams
