With thirty years of experience supporting an array of clients throughout the Public Sector, we welcome you to learn more about our dynamic organization as we chart out a course for continued impact in the years to come.In this role, you will:Provide advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets.Measure organizational performance; assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget.Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.Examine past and current budgets and research economic and financial developments that affect the organization's spending.Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders.Manage finances across multiple funding types.Track budgets, costs, and variances. Produce executive summaries.Conduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements.Interpret and apply financial management principles.Apply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.Requirements:Years of directly related experience: Junior 1 – 4, Mid 4 – 10; Senior – 10+The ability to obtain a Secret security clearance (active clearance preferred)Herren Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
