SIMOS is hiring a Finance Temp to support the Procurement Manager with purchasing activities for PCNA warehouse operations. In this role, you will process purchase orders, confirm vendor pricing and product availability, track requests, and maintain accurate order records. You will also communicate order updates, assist with vendor issues, and process company Amazon orders according to company policies.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Anticipated Pay: $18- $20
Work Arrangement: Mostly remote, potentially fully remote
Assignment Length: 6-8 weeks
Anticipated Start: October 26, subject to change

Job Responsibilities
Process purchase orders and confirm vendor pricing and availability.
Track purchase order requests and maintain order records.
Communicate order updates and vendor issues.
Process company Amazon orders according to company policies.
Report potential policy concerns to the Procurement Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong computer skills, including email, Excel, and Word.
Fast and accurate typing.
Attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Associate Requirements
HS Diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
