The Director of National Accounts is responsible for driving revenue growth across USMMG’s full-service portfolio. This role develops and executes strategies to secure new customers, expand existing accounts, and align our intermodal, drayage, transload, and cross-border solutions with customer supply chain needs. As a senior commercial leader, you will collaborate closely with operations and pricing teams while serving as a key market-facing representative of the organization.
Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines.
Develop a customer specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and U.Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions.
Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM
Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews.
10+ years of commercial sales experience
~ Proven track record of building and scaling multi-modal books of business.
~ Preferred experience selling North American intermodal networks, and port drayage.
~ Strong analytical, pricing, and contract negotiation skills.
~ Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals.
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred, Will need to travel
