Job description
Visionet Associates is seeking a skilled real estate accounting professional in New York to manage closes for commercial assets and partner with asset management on budget vs. actual analysis.
The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong grounding in US GAAP. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, CPA or CPA candidate preferred, and proficiency in Yardi Voyager, MRI, or RealPage, plus advanced Excel skills.
