Compensation & Growth:
$120K base | Year 1 OTE $185K+
Year 2 earnings $300K+
Retention bonus + incentives on new assets/clients

What they're looking for:
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66
3+ years managing client relationships and assets
Passion for delivering a high-touch client experience
