Job description
Horace Mann seeks a mission-driven Financial Advisor to serve K–12 educators and school employees. In this client-facing role, you will provide personalized guidance on insurance and retirement solutions, including auto, home, life, supplemental insurance, and annuity/retirement products. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, creating tailored financial plans, conducting portfolio and coverage reviews, and explaining complex products clearly. You will build long-term relationships with school communities, collaborate with internal teams, and uphold Horace Mann’s values of integrity, customer focus, and community impact.
