Looking for one Financial Advisor | Established Book of Business | Potential Long-Term Succession Opportunity
This could be the opportunity of a lifetime. Our client is a highly successful, independent wealth management firm near Fairfield, New Jersey, seeking one experienced Financial Advisor to become a long-term member of the practice.
This is not a production shop looking to hire multiple advisors. The owner is looking for one professional who wants to build a career, become a trusted partner, and ultimately have the opportunity to play a significant role in the firm's long-term succession plan.
If you have built a solid practice but are tired of managing every aspect of the business yourself, this opportunity provides the infrastructure, support, and economics to help you focus on what you do best: serving clients and growing relationships.
Ideal Background
Five or more years as a Financial Advisor
Minimum of approximately $10 million in assets under management, with $15 million or more preferred
Proven ability to build and retain client relationships
Comprehensive financial planning approach (see below)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to continue growing

An approximate check around .8% of assets
Expected internal referrals of approximately $2-3 million in new client assets annually
Dedicated in-house investment management so you can focus on advising clients instead of portfolio management and trading
