Titus Talent Strategies is retained by a boutique, family-run wealth management and financial planning practice on Long Island to find their next Financial Advisor.
This firm serves entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth/family-office clients across the tristate area, manages roughly $500M in AUM, and runs on EOS/Traction — so you'll join a team with clear structure, real accountability, and a genuine growth plan (not just a title).

Whether you're bringing an established book or you're ready to build one from scratch — book or no book, you keep what you build. This firm has a structured 3-6-9-12 month training program and hands-on mentorship designed to get you producing, not just licensed.
The role:
Build and grow your own client book with direct mentorship from experienced advisors
Access to a firm-wide network of high-net-worth and business-owner relationships
Target: $5–10M in AUM in year one, with a clear runway beyond that
Compensation:
$75,000 base salary, xhqgsiq paid quarterly
Uncapped commission from day one — no ceiling on what you earn as your book grows, whether you're bringing one or building one
What you need:
Active Series 7 and 66 licenses
Drive, coachability, and a genuine "hungry to learn and grow" mindset
Comfort working in a small-team, high-accountability environment
