Responsibilities: • • Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial portfolios to ensure alignment with their evolving needs. • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice. • Educate clients on financial products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions. • Identify opportunities for clients to optimize their financial goals • Maintain required licenses and continuing education • Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Implement strategies to help clients build, protect, and manage their wealth over time. • Maintain on going communication with clients and proactively address changes in their financial circumstances Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in banking, sales/business, financial advisor, wealth manager, or related role. Active state insurance licenses and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 66, or willing to obtain Strong relationship-building, communication, and personable skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a business environment, with a forward-thinking mindset Ability and willingness to obtain required licenses Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered Commitment to professional development Presentation and consultative skills and problem-solving Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 commission structure
