Job Summary
This position will coordinate the financial aid application process from first contact to completed award.
Responsibilities
Perform verification on selected students' FAFSA records
Evaluate financial aid requests and make award adjustments and/or recalculations
Perform outreach to students regarding financial aid requirements
Maintain knowledge of all current federal and state regulations governing financial aid to ensure compliants
Collaborate with various campus partners/departments to provide accurate information for students
Represent the Financial Aid Office at University events
Assist with counseling students and respond to service requests (phone, emails, tickets, appointments, etc.)
Serve on various departmental, institutional, and/or regional committees

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
Two (2) or more years of related work experience
Proposed Salary
$21.75 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
